Terms of Service

By creating an account on HarHarMahadev you accept these terms. They are governed by Indian law and the Bengaluru courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Bookings on behalf of minors must be made by a parent or guardian.

2. Bookings

• Darshan and prasad slots are issued by the respective temple management; HarHarMahadev is a facilitator.
• Once a payment is captured we send you a signed QR code; please carry a valid government photo ID matching the lead pilgrim's name to the temple.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled darshan are eligible for a full refund. Inside the 24-hour window, refunds are at the temple's discretion.
• We are not responsible for changes to temple schedules made by the temple management for festivals, civic emergencies, or weather.

3. AI-generated content

The chatbot and trip planner use large language models. Outputs are best-effort and not religious or legal advice. Always reconcile timings and rituals against the temple's official channels before you travel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell darshan slots or solicit donations through the platform.
• Submit content that disparages any deity, lineage, or community.
• Use the chatbot to extract another pilgrim's personal data.
• Probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to bypass our security.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from /me/preferences. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, subject to a 14-day grievance window unless the violation is severe (fraud, harassment, security probes).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of HarHarMahadev is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
